Who Is Leading This Project?

Puget Sound ESD, the Community Center for Education Results (CCER) and Washington STEM, are coordinating the STEM Network. The Network’s Advisory and Leadership Teams are working to develop a five-year business plan for the seven Road Map districts and their communities. The lead organizations and the Network’s teams share the goals of preparing all students in the Network’s schools to be STEM literate and increasing the number of students who are interested in and prepared for further education and/or training in STEM fields to achieve workforce needs, including expanded participation of those traditionally underrepresented in STEM fields. They believe we can improve our collective impact if we work from a common strategic framework and effectively engage communities, parents, educators and a broad array of nonprofits, businesses and civic organizations in the effort.
